(6) for administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal, a fee of $10;
(7) for a certificate under seal not otherwise provided for, a fee of $10;

PREMIUMS AND OPTIONAL ADD-ON CHARGES
Premiums apply to after-hours, holidays and weekend appointments. Notarizations that take place in the office are only charged for the seal and any additional services requested beyond the notarization.
STANDBY AND WAIT TIMES
Things happen, and that's understood. $1/minute is the cost for standby and wait times beyond 15 minutes. After 20 minutes with no contact, the appointment is considered cancelled, but the service fee is still due and payable because the appointment timeslot was used and resources were spent to reserve the appointment. Wait-time beyond one hour will need to be rescheduled.
- Payment is due once service is rendered and fees are non-refundable.
- All fees are itemized on your invoice. Some fees are taxable. Some are not.
