We have extra ink cards if you need to submit fingerprints to multiple locations and/or want to keep a personal copy. PLEASE NOTE: We do not transmit fingerprints electronically. You will submit your completed fingerprint card directly to the agency requesting it.
What to Bring
- A valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID
- Any fingerprint cards provided by your agency
- Instructions or paperwork from the requesting organization (if applicable)
Come into the office or call for an appointment
We're open from 7am - 7pm CDT M-F. You can walk in without an appointment, but please call ahead or at the door to ensure the receptionist is there.
