Services Provided
Arlington Mobile Notary offers mobile notary services, document witnessing, and related support across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. All services are subject to availability, proper identification, and compliance with Texas notary laws.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service due to legal restrictions, incomplete documentation, or safety concerns.
Payments and Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
- All fees are clearly listed on our Service Menu and may vary based on location, document type, and urgency.
Privacy and Confidentiality

Limitations of Service
- We do not provide legal advice or draft legal documents.
- Notarizing a document does not validate the content of a document. It only confirms the identity of the signer and their willingness to sign.
- We may refuse service if documents appear fraudulent or incomplete.

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Arlington Mobile Notary is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of notarized documents, delays, or third-party actions. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
