Signer Must Be Present
The individual whose signature is being notarized must be physically present (or virtually present via approved remote notarization platforms) and able to communicate clearly.
Identification is Required
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Expired IDs or photocopies are not accepted.

Document Must Be Complete
We cannot notarize incomplete documents or documents with blank spaces. Please ensure all fields are filled out prior to your appointment. Texas notarizations follow statutory wording for uniformity and enforceability.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Remote notarization is available only for eligible documents and signers located within Texas at the time of signing. A secure video platform and identity verification are required.
Refusal of Service: Notaries reserve the right to refuse service if documents or circumstances violate Texas law or ethical standards.
