What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Notary requirements include: 
  • An acceptable ID such as a valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID. This includes examples like a driver’s license, passport, state ID or military ID.
  • The document(s) to be notarized
  • All required signers present
  • Any witnesses required by the document (we can advise if unsure)
We'll  tell you how to prepare for a notary appointment and we will guide you through the process to ensure everything is completed correctly. If you need for us to print your documents ahead of time, we are able to do that for a small fee. 
Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments: please have your ID ready for verification.
